     By submitting any information, including screenshots and related details, through the HotelSnapp website form, you (the “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our form or submit any information.
  2. Consent to Communications
     By providing your contact details—including your WhatsApp number, mobile phone number, and email address—you expressly consent to receive communications from HotelSnapp regarding your submission, promotional offers, updates, and other service-related information via:
  • WhatsApp: Messages may include notifications, inquiries about your submission, or promotional content.

  • SMS/Text Messages: Information regarding updates, reminders, or other service-related messages.

  • Email: Service updates, newsletters, promotional offers, or other communications related to HotelSnapp services.

You acknowledge that you are responsible for any fees or charges imposed by your service provider. You may withdraw your consent at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in our communications; however, this may impact our ability to process your submission effectively.

  1. Deal Submission and Verification Conditions
     When you submit a screenshot and related details through our website form, you represent and warrant that:
  • 3.1. Authentic Submission:

    • The submitted screenshot is current (not past-dated) and has not been altered or forged in any way.

    • You affirm that the screenshot is genuine and reflects an actual deal from an authorized source.

    • HotelSnapp reserves the final right to reject the submission and decline to offer a deal if the screenshot or supporting documentation does not appear authentic or consistent with the stated criteria.

  • 3.2. Accepted Source:

    • Only screenshots of live deals from Online Travel Agencies (B2C – Available to general public) websites/Apps will be considered.

    • Screenshots of quotations received via email, messaging apps, PDFs, or any other non-web formats (e.g., forwarded messages) will not be entertained.

    • Submissions from B2B or corporate service provider platforms are likewise excluded.

  • 3.3. Dynamic Live Deals:

    • HotelSnapp operates on live inventory; therefore, prices and availability are dynamic and subject to change at any time.

    • While we strive to offer you the best market rates available at the time of submission, please note that the price or availability of a deal may change after your submission.

  • 3.4. Accuracy of Details:

    • You confirm that all submitted materials, including screenshots and deal-related details, are accurate, originate from sources you have the right to use, and do not infringe on any third-party rights.

    • You agree to provide complete and accurate information to enable us to process the deal appropriately.

  • 3.5. Better Rate Guarantee:

    • If you confirm a booking via HotelSnapp and subsequently find a better rate for the same deal from an Online Travel Agency within three (3) hours of booking confirmation, you are eligible to request a rate review.

    • To initiate this process, you must contact our customer support team with valid documentation of the better rate.

    • Upon verification of your claim and subject to the applicable terms and conditions of the competing offer, HotelSnapp will endeavor to match or beat the better rate.

    • This guarantee is subject to our review and may include conditions related to rate availability and booking terms.

  • 3.6. Combined Discount Exclusion:

    • Any joint or promotional discounts—such as EMI schemes, bank promotions, corporate or employee rates, special voucher codes provided to individual users, loyalty points redemptions, or similar special offers—are not eligible.

    • Only the standard publicly-advertised room rates on B2C travel websites will be considered for matching or beating.
    • The same hotel price on the screenshot should be available online to all on the mentioned website/App for our team to verify it at their end, if there will be a variance in price or availability – HotelSnapp has the right to tag that query as not eligible.

  1. Use of Submitted Information
     By submitting your details through the HotelSnapp website form, you grant HotelSnapp a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your submitted content solely for the purpose of verifying the deal, resolving issues, and enhancing our service offerings. Your submission may also be used for internal quality control and audit purposes.
  2. Privacy and Data Protection
     All personal information provided is governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, store, and protect your data. By using our form and submitting your details, you consent to the processing of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. Any sharing of your information with third parties will be conducted in accordance with applicable laws and our Privacy Policy.
  3. Limitation of Liability
     HotelSnapp will make every reasonable effort to ensure the security and reliability of the services provided. However, you acknowledge that communications—whether through WhatsApp, SMS, or email—may occasionally experience delays or disruptions due to circumstances beyond our control. HotelSnapp shall not be liable for any such delays, failures in communication, or any subsequent inaccuracies or changes in deals after submission.
  4. Modifications to the Terms & Conditions
     HotelSnapp reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically for any updates.
  5. Governing Law
     These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which HotelSnapp operates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in that jurisdiction.
