HotelSnapp is an online hotel-booking platform that helps you secure the best wholesale rates worldwide. Simply upload a competitor’s hotel deal screenshot, and our team will match—and often beat—their price.
- Search for your preferred hotel and dates on any booking site.
- Take a clear screenshot of the rate, including total price, taxes, and dates.
- On HotelSnapp, fill out the booking form with your stay details and attach the screenshot.
- Hit “Submit”—we’ll review and send you our best price quote.
Most quotes are delivered within approximately 30 minutes for requests received between 10 AM and 10 PM IST. Queries submitted outside those hours will be processed the next window of working hours.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Rupay), as well as popular digital wallets (e.g., Google Pay, PhonePe).
Modification and cancellation policies depend on the hotel’s terms. Before you choose a rate and pay, you’ll receive the hotel’s policy details. Any changes or cancellations will follow those rules, so please review them carefully.
No. The price we quote includes all applicable taxes and fees. Our service fee is already built into the total—what you see is what you pay.
If we can’t verify key details (hotel name, dates, total price), we’ll ask you to resubmit a clearer image. Make sure the screenshot shows all relevant information.

Yes. We use industry-standard SSL encryption for data in transit and secure PCI-compliant payment gateways. Your data is stored with strict access controls.
Absolutely. For group stays (10+ rooms) or corporate travel, please shhot us an email to [email protected] or use our “Group Booking” form to get bespoke pricing.
If the hotel cannot honor your booking, they must offer equivalent or better accommodations at no additional cost. If they fail to do so, contact us immediately and we’ll assist in free re-booking or securing compensation.
After your stay, you’ll receive an email invitation to rate your experience with both the hotel and HotelSnapp. Your feedback helps us continually improve our service.
